The Great Transformation, Its Demands Upon the Believer

Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. 1 Corinthians 2:9

…the body is sown in corruption, it is raised in incorruption…sown in dishonour, raised in glory…and we who have borne the image of the man of dust, we shall bear the image of the heavenly man. 1 Corinthians 15:42,43,49 NKJV

now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. 1 John 3:2 NKJV

This is the driver of my sanctification walk to fulfill the call of Mathew 6:9-10 that defines the dimensions of my sanctification walk.

My daily living must not bring any stain to the holy name of my Father, my daily expectation is the return of His kingdom, yet while waiting I am His agent in being a living conduit of His will to everything on earth. These are my consecration response to the empowerment given by His Spirit in my sanctification walk (Philippians 2:12b-15; Colossians 3:2-7).

… work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Do all things without murmurings and disputings: that ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world. Philippians 2:12b-15

Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: for which things’ sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience: in the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them. Colossians 3:2-7

Lord, I rededicate my life to You, to live fulfilling these precepts so clearly outlined. Selah.
