Are you promoting a gift that builds up one person (tongues) or a gift that builds up the church? We must never forget that the most important of all gifts is love.

The Lord Jesus admonished us several times, ‘Watch and pray’ not ‘watch and fear’, neither ‘watch and worry.’
On a scale of one to ten, how often do you think about the needs of others and try to meet them? This is worth reflecting over and checking.
How much and how often am I hearing from God? How soaked is my life in the word? Is there an abundance of the word of God found in me?
Beloved, it takes time and discipline in hearing Him. Don’t be like the immature, the undisciplined who is satisfied with milk
We must not forget that victory comes through faith in God and obedience to His word, rather than through military might and/or numerical strength.
Know the source of what or who you listen to. If it is the right source and the sower is God, then what you do with the word you receive?
While on earth the Lord Jesus was not of consequential status, but even in death, He saw the need to care for an aged mother, and He did!
For many of us, a new phenomenon has crept upon us that we are least prepared for. Worse still, this is a generation that is so wrapped up in itself, that the care of their aged is seen as an unwanted burden
Remember again the good you may have done to a brother does not give your power over their lives. Consider it God’s privilege to be a helper.
