In these days of the epic battle between light and darkness our weapon is clearly defined, if we are to survive the onslaughts – returning to the Word.

The word is like as fire–God’s word is the great purifier that destroys all that is false and resistant leaving only the genuine metal (Jeremiah 23:29).

The word is like a hammer….God’s word rouses and strengthens the conscience, crushing within the heart everything that is evil (Hebrews 4:12, 2 Cor 10:4-5).

As we end this month and are at the door of grace again, let us return to knowing, living and confessing the Word.
