Still on our scripture of the previous post, John 6:22-27, the Lord makes a clear distinction between the food that spoils and the food that endures to everlasting life which He alone can give. Should we be preaching a different gospel than He did?

As His ambassadors, as we help those who lack adequate physical nutrition, we must necessarily share with them the good news of the living water that can satisfy their inner thirst for forgiveness, peace and hope that Christ gives. John 7:37-38.

In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. John 7:37-38

His invitation is still open as we are still in the last days.
